Hey goobers, it's my talk page!
Just so's you all know, I have a distinct preference for continuing conversations on the talk page they start on. Otherwise my aging brain hurts!
My to-do list is here.

Red Links
Is there a way to find articles that have loads of redlinks? I'm envisioning a list of pages sorted by number of redlinks in descending order. Sort of like a reverse Wanted Pages. That might be an efficient way of going after them, and also of tracking down serial redlink-creators for horsewhipping goatwhipping.--Bayesupdate 16:18, 6 November 2007 (EST)
- Here162.82.215.199 16:20, 6 November 2007 (EST)
- Wanted pages shows a list of non-extant pages that are linked to. I'm thinking of a list of extant pages sorted by the number of redlinks that they contain.--Bayesupdate 16:34, 6 November 2007 (EST)
- Yeah, I know what you mean - a gold mine list. I try to find them by following "odd" entries on the wp list - scored two gems today, one a subpage of hoji's (it's his cp page, unedited, so it's full of links that don't work), and the awful essay:New World Order page, which I removed, I swear, a hundred links from today. (wp went from 905 to 770 in the last couple hours...). But there ought to be a way to do what you suggest. I just don't know how. So I'd suggesting asking Trent and/or Linus, they have more skills, especially on back end stuff, which might be required.

Thanks
Well, I've managed to block you for pi minutes, but I can't seem to unblock you. It tells me that the Block ID isn't found. Any suggestions? Stile4aly 23:20, 10 November 2007 (EST)
- The block may have expired before you tried to undo it. You could try a longer time, check out the various block logs that can be looked at, note that when you go to block a user you can see their block history below the boxes you fill in... human 13:11, 11 November 2007 (EST)
Creation
Hey how do we create accounts on conservapedia, managed it once...but can't see to find it again. When i look at the login/create account I don't see a create any account button. The LoraxSlackers! 01:11, 11 November 2007 (EST)
- They're likely on account creation lockdown. Happens :-P It should be back up tomorrow, I think their servers take the Lord's day off :-)-αmεσ (tailor) 13:14, 11 November 2007 (EST)
- It gets turned off at night - usually around 9 PST (12 EST). I think it's automatic, though my sock has been unable to edit sometimes at 8:50, and sometimes I'm still able to edit at 9:30. Perhaps it's manually turned on/off. --Ζωροάστρης 00:49, 13 November 2007 (EST)
Your on RW beta right?
Can you see if you can make this more visually appealing? Tables maybe? tmtoulouse harass 00:45, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- Can you make the poll thing run on one line only? And not create a blank line before it? Otherwise, it looks pretty good already. Maybe the arrows could be "thumbs up" and "thumbs down"? buttons in the middle, options to left and right of them? human 00:56, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- Okay I will work on it. tmtoulouse harass 00:59, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- Check again? tmtoulouse harass 01:34, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- OK, the thumbs are cool. I wish it was easy to tell you what I mean. Put the thumbs in the "middle" making the vote obvious. Text to the left and right. And make it centered automatically? But it's getting better... all the time... it can't get now worse, hehe human 02:32, 13 November 2007 (EST)

C.E. Young'uns
Good name. On principle I like to choose my own, but I must admit I have no ideas coming to me at the moment. Did I choose mostly youngsters (of course, we must count the man-child Andy as a youngster)? I wasn't aware. Then again, the collective naivete makes me assume so many of them are children (is Ken really older than 16?).
- Thanks. I just came up with after naming my team, and picked your team as a possible use of the name. Mostly I was trying to spread the silly team naming meme to other users, though. human 20:44, 13 November 2007 (EST)
By the way, 'Tony Franciosa used to date my mom'. I guess that's not the same guy though. DickTurpis 20:41, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- No, not the same guy. Did the one who dated your mom know how to execute a perfect double-switch? human 20:44, 13 November 2007 (EST)
proposed block
http://70.184.229.61. Click on the link and see why. Elassint Throw things at me
- Is this IP editing our stuff? I couldn't find it easily in recent changes... human 20:53, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- The ip address belongs to the Westboro Baptist Church. Elassint Throw things at me
- Yes, I saw that, but there's no point in pro-actively blocking IPs, is there? The IP hasn't edited here at all, and may never try. Unless I am missing something here... human 21:00, 13 November 2007 (EST)
- Agreed, unless/until this IP or a user from this IP makes edits that we deem objectionable then there isn't much point in going out of our way to block it. CЯacke®

oops
Can you finish archiving tmtidiots page for me? I could delete the stuff fine, but when I went to paste it in "archive 9" I couldn't do it. Obviously tmt is at fault. Thanks in advance. Bohdan 15:35, 14 November 2007 (EST)
- Gee, yeah, what happened to your skillz? You mean I have to rollback your deletion first, too? Since I can't paste what you cut, can I? I done did it. human 16:03, 14 November 2007 (EST)
- Actually, you could have gone in the history and copied from before I did anything. I could not paste such a large amount of material, tmtoulouse is a fool for not archiving sooner. I am about to propose a community ban against him. Can I count on your vote? Bohdan 16:05, 14 November 2007 (EST)
- Sure, I'll vote. Which way, I will not reveal in advance of the plebiscite, of course. human 16:07, 14 November 2007 (EST)

I'm gonna be playing with templates & some help files for a couple of hours. I'll clear up after (unless it works!) :-p. Susan... purrrrrr ... 19:17, 14 November 2007 (EST)

Deletion
Why did you delete [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]]? Ron Paul 21:32, 14 November 2007 (EST)
