Hey Bohdan! I was reading Time while waiting at the doctor's office, and they had a joke about Putin in there that I thought you might like:

The ghost of Stalin visits Putin in a dream. Putin asks the ghost for some advice on how to bring stability and prosperity to Russia.
Stalin: Round up the dissidents and shoot them, then paint the Kremlin blue.
Putin: Why blue?
Stalin: I knew you wouldn't ask me about the first part!
