Deus ex TK[edit]

I'm not sure how far this will go, but the idea occured to me and I thought I'd see what comes of it. Now, I'm going to put this specifically about aSK and PJR, but it can be more general than that. I and others have asked (no pun) PJR about how it would be very easy for God to just poof down and settle all of our arguments. PJR dances around the question of course. Then it hit me that this would be a variation on the Cosmic Prankster theme. Can you imagine God looking down from on high, much like TK might, and savoring the discord he has sown? --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 11:26, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

I prefer Ben Bova's portrayal of YHWH as a cosmic asshole. Not screwing with things because of anything so personable as a sense of humour, but out of pure boredom and a misplaced sense of superiority. WazzaHello? Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me... 11:47, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
The last time I imagined TK as god it took me a week to dry the matress. CrundyTalk nerdy to me 11:48, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
TK as God would be frightening. God as TK gives you the Cosmic Prankster archetype. TK as God gives you the Destroyer of Worlds archetype. --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 12:21, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
TK as God = J. Robert Oppenheimer? WazzaHello? Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me... 12:56, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
I had considered that implication, but I thought of it more like Galactus. --Edgerunner76Your views are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter 13:06, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
Nah, he'd be Nyarlathotep. 107Ag47 06:01, 11 June 2015 (UTC)

Deus ex TK means, if I remember correctly, God from TK, which implies that at some point in the future TK will ascend to deity, and there will be a wailing and a gnashing of teeth, and the multitudes will cry out "Oh gods, we're in trouble now!" WazzaHello? Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me... 13:46, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
