I mean it, man[edit]

I thought of creating this in Fun space, but I think this could grow into something of substance as to Papyrus and the New Age (and spirituality-lite in general), I just have to hate it enough - David Gerard (talk) 23:12, 31 July 2010 (UTC)q

It's like Comic Sans but... worse, possibly. Scarlet A.pngd hominem 23:57, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
Someone is going to create Papyrus Sans. You know they are - David Gerard (talk) 00:04, 27 August 2010 (UTC)
Is this really a thing? -- Seth Peck (talk) 18:14, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
Pouts. I hate you people! I love Comic and this font. They are fun and pretty. and at least one of them has CERN's seal of approval!Green mowse.pngGodotWhat is your fucking defense of automatic guns, again? 18:22, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
You should get some help. Blue (pester) 18:24, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

But Papyrus is already sans serif! Maybe it would be worse if they added serifs? Cow...Hammertime! 18:44, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
I always thought that those 'german' fonts were like papyrus + comic sans. You know, the ones that are used to make words look more 'metal' or 'medieval' but they're still english and neither. You know the fonts I am talking about, like 'Black Forest' and other stuff like that. All of the annoying fakeness of comic sans, and all of the faux-refinement/culture of papyrus. ±Knightoftldrsig.pngKnightOfTL;DRwalls of text while-u-wait 19:05, 27 July 2012 (UTC)
When I got my first real quality word processor (so i'm guessing, Win 98 ish?) I remember writing a lot in something called "medieval", and another called minstral both which had that faux "Renaissance Fest" feel.Green mowse.pngGodotWhat is your fucking defense of automatic guns, again? 19:29, 27 July 2012 (UTC)

Motorhead[edit]

I've just found a copy of Motorhead's 1984 single Killed By Death at work. The text on the sleeve is entirely in Papyrus. What are we to make of this? 85.234.92.172 (talk) 14:47, 3 June 2016 (UTC) (Sophie at work)
