- I've removed the personal references as it's a bit of a confusing in joke to new users and I don't think they're necessary.

Not sure where else to put this[edit]
Can we adapt this essay from the other wiki? RW is a comparatively smaller site, but I believe it holds true. --TheLateGatsby (The end of the dock ) 14:45, 6 August 2013 (UTC)
