Working[edit]

I'm working on this, please give me a few hours before calling me Ed Poor you gently fondled fuckers. ħumanUser talk:Human 06:27, 5 May 2010 (UTC)

Better? ħumanUser talk:Human 02:47, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Well there is more article, but it overlaps ancient astronauts and aliensdidit a lot. - π 02:51, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
True, but we write lots about our favorite stupid stuff. What do you think of my exposition? ħumanUser talk:Human 03:11, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Your exposition is quite good (although I am sure you will find someone who will claim that aliens helped us get to the moon so we could attend a meeting or something). This is inspired by a TV show right? Could you address some of their specific claims? - π 03:17, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
I thought I did, pretty much. I will try to do better. ħumanUser talk:Human 05:54, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
"What do you think of my exposition? " Good. SusanG Toast 03:18, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Thanks, toasty! ħumanUser talk:Human 05:54, 7 May 2010 (UTC)

The only reason I could think of for aliens visiting Earth would probably so they could see how life on Earth works like an Zoologist. As for building land marks I would say that is total bullshit.--Rationalzombie94 (talk) 18:02, 5 June 2015 (UTC)

evidence ? we has piles of it[edit]

the Sumerian fish headed guy, aztec and mayan pyramid landing pads, that carved panel that shows the inca guy in his space capsule, the egyptian pyramids, stonehenge , Von Daniken (?) everywhere you look theres support for ancient astronauts. Jesus may have been one. Nebiru with enlil and enki. Clone worker armies . Its all there in history Hamster (talk) 04:09, 7 May 2010 (UTC)

how do you explain that the sumerians and egypt popped up virtually complete right from the start with absolutely no prior covilization ? fish headed alien teachers or an abysmal ignorance of history on my part ? hmmm :) Hamster (talk) 04:13, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Giant cat sculpture? Stuff you can only see from space? ħumanUser talk:Human 05:52, 7 May 2010 (UTC)

What ancient aliens didn't teach us[edit]

Basic hygiene/health and safety (Lead and antimony in pigments ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU).

Responsible ecology (the Easter Islanders destroying all their trees etc).

The rights of all humans (including women, minorities, slaves etc etc) — Unsigned, by: 82.44.143.26 / talk / contribs

1: That was a good one!
2: You may want to read the local article on the Easter Island
3: Well, nobody says the ancient aliens weren't assholes...--ZooGuard (talk) 16:26, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

The destruction of Easter Island trees and the impact on the inhabitants is a commonly quoted factoid - are there better examples?

4. Lack of tourist trash, alien graffiti, Alien Gap Year Students, Unspoilt Planets of The Galaxy Tours (TM) etc etc.

5. Compare and contrast the likelihoood of survival in 'wilderness of choice' of (a) group of alien-intervention-proponents, (b) a group of experienced historical re-enactment proponents and (c) a group of humans from the appropriate period (all of mixed skills). What are the likely survival prospects of the three groups (assuming no natural disasters etc)?

For myself ( the one above is different if you're wondering )

6. Advanced politics, philosophy, past/future events ( if they arrive here, then they must have FTL, which can range from wormholes ( backwards in time ) to that warp-drive ( forward in time. ). No evidence of that has been found.

7. Advanced technology, such as FTL, guns, radio, robotics etc would have definitely been left behind or recorded, which it wasn't.

8. We would have had knowledge of advanced science, which we are just discovering. --Boredsocialist (talk) 13:00, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

The ancient aliens[edit]

Were actually what we call "dragons" - which could fly, collected things etc. St George was actually disturbing an 'escape from your village (pay me, the dragon and I will pretend to have eaten you) service.'

Why should aliens look humanoid?

No. They're just fabricated stories of snakes. --Boredsocialist (talk) 12:50, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

BoN edit moved to talk page[edit]

I challenge the author of this so called wiki to explain with 100% certainty that it wasn't aliens whom did help humanity with 100% scientific evidence. Lets also have a little tact here, just because a theory seems a little out there doesn't mean it isn't possible. You clearly have a very limited knowledge of science with your very dismissive article here. Pull your head out of your ass. — Unsigned, by: 68.113.209.193 / talk / contribs

Please assert they did. TyTy 23:59, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
"Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." Alternately: "That which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence." Of course there is the tiniest of possibilities that the ancient aliens theories are true, but it pales to insignificance because there is so little credible historical evidence. "We went to the Moon without alien advice or intervention"[edit]

No, we went to the Moon because the Silence needed a space suit for the young Melody Pond. Don't worry, it will become clear this Saturday. Blue (pester) 00:03, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Just imagine me flicking you in the forehead right now... ADK...I'll speak your Volvo! 01:02, 28 September 2011 (UTC)
I could have sworn they'd proven that we never made it to the moon. i heard it somewhere. some article. They just wanted our taxes or something.--Pink mowse.pngGodotThe Peyote God awaits 01:06, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Genetics[edit]

Jen McCreight takes on Ancient Aliens and some of its claims about genetics.--ZooGuard (talk) 17:32, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
