A cheaper method

Get 'a container of water' and an infant learning Grade 1 music.

Place container near infant as it practices scales and harmonies.

IF interested, substitute heavy metal, Schoenberg and other 'music to taste.'

You now have scalar/harmonised water, which also has homeopathic aspects, which will not affect your precious bodily fluids, and can also be used with pets and plants.
