Greetings. I am AKjeldsen.^[1] I was also known under the same user name on Conservapedia until I retired in disgust on 2 May 2007.^[2] In real life, I study for an MA in history and do a lot of other stuff that's not really important here.^[3]

I may or may not be a member of the ultra-devious-seekrit-hidden RationalWiki Cabal,^[4] but it goes without saying that I can neither confirm nor deny that, nor can I neither confirm nor deny that such a thing even exists at all.^[5] If, however, I had been a member of such a body, had it existed, I am informed by a reasonably informed source that I would have been so under the seekrit identity of "Hammer of God".^[6] But naturally, I cannot comment on that.

Also, for some obscure reason, I've been made an admin at our awesome and fabulous forums,^[7] which you should really go and visit. People with forum-related issues are welcome to yell at me.^[8]

[edit] The Conservapedia Column

One of the things I'm responsible for around here is that I used to publish the blog known as The Conservapedia Column, which aimed at diligently watching over events on Conservapedia, especially administrative actions by the sysop team, then writing ~~snarky~~ intelligent and insightful comments about them.

The Column is ~~more or less~~ officially closed down now, since I couldn't really keep my interest in Conservapedia up in the long run, and I'd rather dedicate the limited time I have available to RationalWiki. Still, it's an interesting testament to those days back in the summer of '07 when the battle against CP was at its height and RationalWiki in its infancy. [/nostalgia]

But my new blog, Vox in Deserto, is now available! Dealing with medieval subjects and a lot of other stuff, it is, verily, da bomb! You know this is true because the first post has Bede in it! How can one argue against that?
