• I do have a problem with capitalization, but in this case I suppose to use CP's way cp:Conservapedia:Guard dog. Could you move the article back, please?
• In April 2009, mediawiki switched the format of the dates. This changed the html-representation of the dates at cp:Special:RecentChanges, and Guard dog started to bark at any user who made a comment. To get it back on (its simplistic) track would have been easy, but PJR wasn't there to do so any longer. So it had to be put down.

Nowadays, there is no automatic detection of foul play. And if an administrator (sysop) feels to be cornered, he (there is no she) switches to night-editing-mode
