Out of curiosity - does anyone know if there is a Satanist's bible? --Bob_M (talk) 14:08, 29 May 2007 (CDT)

yes, "The Satanic Bible" written by Anton Levey. olliegrind 14:10, 29 May 2007 (CDT)

Yes, we could, of course, do an actual factual article on Satanism and the Satanic bible. It is basically a loose religion of humorous and sexual ritual devoted to hedonism, treating each other well, and satisfying one's needs, as I recall. I could research that as soon as I finish this goa...er, as soon as I care.DocSock 14:12, 29 May 2007 (CDT)

What I want to know is, what about Stanism, which is the worship of Stan? Don't they deserve equal time? --Kels 14:32, 29 May 2007 (CDT) Equal to whom? They are very interesting, arising out of the 1960s counterculture, as I recall.--PalMD-yada yada 14:37, 29 May 2007 (CDT)

What is the satanic bible position on shellfish and homosexuality?--Bob_M (talk) 15:59, 29 May 2007 (CDT)

Well, I suppose Satan is pretty fly for a red guy... - All Hail Tuna 11:14, 8 September 2007 (CDT)

I liked the 3rd full moon for the absurdity factor, sort of like every Feb 30th...but whatever you think.--PalMD-Ars longa, vita brevis 15:58, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
I might be wrong, of course, but I was enjoying the article, and then hit that and it made me think "dumb". It's like reading endless articles on UC where people were born, died, and were born again, ala Monty Python. My only trouble with it is the rest of the article is a hilarious send up of religious sectarianism, rather than simply being absurd, so one absurdity seems out of place. PS, there is a Feb 30 3 times every 400 years, as I'm sure you know. humanbe in 16:33, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
I can never remember...do we use the Justinian calendar? I agree with your change, thank you for re-lol-ifying it.--PalMD-Berate Me 23:27, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
Greg's calendar, the Julian is a gay one I think, New Years falls on Oct 31 and Christmas is Judy Garland's birthday, June 10. CЯacke® 23:30, 9 September 2007 (CDT)
